Delivery and Order
Generally, we take between 5 to 7 working days to deliver our packages in France, Belgium and Switzerland. You will receive regular emails from us to have information on the progress of your order.
There are no delivery costs. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left, and you can collect your package. In the nearest post office.

Cancellation and Return
You have until 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. You must wait until you have received your package before starting a refund request.
