Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since we received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
- the product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
- any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
And some situations where no refund is granted:
- the product that was sent to the address entered by the customer, but the customer made a mistake when entering it and therefore did not receive their order for reasons that were not due to an error on our part.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will be the amount of the purchase or returned items, less the transaction fees of third-party payment gateways, Stripe and PayPal.
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to refund your items once your order has been processed and dispatched.
If you change your mind but your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it to us in its original condition (unused) in order to receive a refund.
Please note that we are unfortunately unable to refund our items once they have been worn or tried on. The Hamon 2014 law stipulates that certain goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal for reasons of hygiene or health protection:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
1° Of the provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the execution of which began after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal;
2° Supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;
3° Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
4° Supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
5° Supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection ;
Article L121-21-8 therefore applies to all of our adhesive false nails. since these have already been worn.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@expert-drapeaux.fr.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged, for reasons that are due to an error on our part. If in this case you wish to exchange it, send us an email to contact@expert-drapeaux.fr.
Please note that only new, unworn and unsoiled products are eligible for an exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by local post or other delivery service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Package returned to sender
If you notice when checking your tracking that your package could not be delivered and that it was returned to the sender, the postman was unable to identify your address and/or your mailbox or that you did not go to collect your order from the parcel relay on time.
In this case, we invite you to contact support as soon as possible at the address contact@expert-drapeaux.fr, in order to provide us with correct and complete contact details.
We therefore invite you to check your messages and the tracking of your order regularly until you have received your package.
PLEASE NOTE: if you do not respond within seven days following the "return to sender", we will restock your order (without refund).
You may be charged a fee if the order is reprocessed.
In case of cancellation of order, the conditions of withdrawal apply. Orders not collected and returned to the sender cannot be refunded in full.
In case the package is returned for a reason that is attributable (unclaimed package, incorrect/incomplete address, etc.), you will have to pay new delivery costs before any reshipment of the package.
